Full Version: Good, Better, Best??
I have been in the industry for about a decade, recently in Training at Big Blue. May I make a suggestion? Many people share their success with "Good, Better, Best" whereas others say in frustration that their customers can't tell the difference and always pick the cheapest one. When you propose the 'right' film for a customer given their desire with respect to PERFORMANCE and APPEARANCE, make sure your selections for "good/better/best" don't look totally different. I have seen someone pull out a 15% silver film and call it "good", a 40% dual reflective and call it "better" and a 70% spectrally selective and call it "best". Meanwhile, the customer is left confused because they LOOK so different. Although 'in general' with respect to technology these may be good/better/best technology ... for a real customer they are different/different/different.
most of us, do not do that. we only sell the best.
thanks anyways. star
