are lexan vs 3m

Tintim
what do you do if you want to break the glass to escape?
PJF
That is not a true representation of what film can do as the film was not attached to the frame. Of course you can push it out once it is broken. It also does not say what mil security film was used for the comparison or what thickness the lexan was. The video is meaningless without this data.

Ditto. Let's subject the lexan , same thickness as the glass to some temp. extremes and use a pick axe.

this is getting done against window film market, why? because our industry does not have represantation of any kind, or united in any hence anyone can
come up and try to bash our industry. Security film would be much more better than lexan, im almost thinking they didnt even install film on that glass in the first place, i've seen 4mil clear perform better even without attachment grinning_and_saying_no.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
