2008 Mercedes-Benz C300 4MATIC (Maine)

Hi,

I am looking forward to get my C300's windows tinted except the law here in Maine isn't that great. The net is 35% but I was told by Sunmasters that it have to be 40% to be legal in the state. They carry Solar Gard, Formula One, and Llumar. I want to get the Formula One Pinnacle Series but they said I can only get the PS50, not PS35 since it will be too dark and !llegal.

What do you guys recommend... metallic or ceramic? Which brand do you guys recommend?

Sunmasters recommended Llumar ATR, 40% I believe but I can't find any C300's with Llumar ATR tints... all Formula One Pinnacle Series 35 (which I really want!)

My car does have navigation so I am a little picky with the metallic films.

Please help me out! I would really appreciate it!

C300 ATR 40%

I use SolarGards Supreme line as my main line, and sell the heck out of it. You will not find a more optically clear film, and the color on the car is awesome. Its just a pure black, no other shades depending on the light. Heres a pic of a new TSX I did to give you an idea of what Supreme 40 looks like. In person its a little bit lighter than in the pic though. Its just hard to photograph film.

Nope, that was the only one i did in 40%. i did about 50 of them in 35% and ill post em if u want. I use the Lulu ATC 35% on just about every benz i do. CL's and S's get SunTek Carbon 35%. The ATR in that pic really shows the reflectiveness of the metal films. most of my customers dont like that. ATC doesnt come in 40%. If you have a hard time finding a shop to put 35% on that would really suck. SunTek Carbon does come in 45%

yeah, I asked for Formula One Pinnacle Series 35 but they were like you won't meet the law's net 35%... and also, Maine require Tint Certification... will need it for annual inspection.
