Should I clean the inside of my windows before I let these guys tint them? Do they normally do that before hand or is it even needed?

The installer will clean them thuroughly before they tint them. beer.gif

If the windows are really dirty, do the tinter a favor and clean them. As WT said, they will clean the windows before installation but no one likes excessive cleaning although if needed, it will be done. Also, take all the stuff out of your back seat (car seats, cd cases, etc.) if you are getting the rear windows tinted. beer.gif

a clean car is best, even one ran through the gas station car wash is great.

As a consumer it would be good insurance, the cleaner the car comes in the cleaner the install.

Also if it is excessivly dirty with mud and such dont spray it off and then bring it directly to the tint shop. If you do it will leave mud puddles in the shop as it drips off. Dirty vehicles make a tinters job go slower and more tideous. It's your car so do yourelf and the tinter a favor and make sure it is reasonably clean when you drop it off. twocents.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
