Thanks to Zolar!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Zolar for posting the instructions! I finally got around to building one and it was really easy thanks to him. In fact we liked the way it works so much that I just built a second one.

One question to those who have been using these: How much pressure are you using?

55ish psi, too much pressure stirs up trash...

We first tried 100+psi. and nearly got blown off the ladder I backed it down to 60 and still throwing too much "mist" into the air. I'll try 55ish. What spray nozzel are you using?

also just built 2 tanks, there awsome. I picked up the sprayers from pds (professional dispensing systems) http://www.pdsweb.net/parts.html their completely adjustable from a mist to a solid stream & work great !

Thanks for the site link. Which sprayer tip worked best? I currently have (1) 5 gal that I bought from cpf, and I would like to upgrade the spray tip.

i think I got my tip from 44tools(maybe?) and if I run over about 60psi it can't shut off the spray and is constant until the pressure drops. So i Try and run ~45psi when I use it. However, I use it for 99% auto

I told you that you'd use the heck outta that thing, once you get used to it....
