Full Version: Trying to Find a Fuse Location
My 2001 Ford E-250 cargo van's cigarette lighter and auxillary 12 volt power isnt working and I want to check the fuse for it. The problem is the fuse cover is no where to be found and I cannot find the location of those fuse slots to check the fuse. I really dont want to pull every fuse in there to check it. If you dont know the location, how about the fuse amps (15, 20, 30????) Thankss Y'all!!!!! Oh and I already checked the service manuals...no diagrams to be found....

Nevermind....After calling a few Ford Dealerships Parts and service departments without any luck, I found this link where you can download the owners Guides for every ford they make....Gee I cant believe the dealerships dont have this capability....

Is everything else working on the van???? If so, Im gonna assume its not a fuse, normally cig lighter are fused with hazard lights, radio accessory, dome lights, or some other lower amp circut. But i have been wrong before, it was on a Thursday.
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. © 1999 - 2009 Ric Wellman All Rights Reserved. Contact: tintdude[a]gmail.com | |||
