Full Version: Film Advice Needed

I am trying to device on a film for my home in Phoenix. The film with be applied to Andersen dual pane lowE windows (200 series with SHGC=.43). The primary objective is reduce heat gain. I have narrowed it down to the following products after talking to various dealers:

1. Huper Sech
2. Sun Tek ULV50
3. Sunscape SB25 or 35
4. Panorama Slate 20 or 30

I know this is a broad range, but I am trying to way the reflectance + visibility against the TSER. I am also a little concerned about the absortion rates with my windows and the low reflective films which will obviosuly absorb more (Huper and Sun Tek). Anyone have experience with the performance of any of these products in Phoenix area for heat reduction? What would you put on your windows? Thanks

Send me a mail. I have a friend in your area who I have used many times on large projects that can help you with your needs. With your requirements you mentioned, you eliminated a few of the films you mentioned already

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
