Is this the way to go - or am I overpaying for 60% rejection?
Thoughts?
On a side note also looking to get Kenwood DNX 6140 as soon as I can sell enough plasma to afford it

Full Version: $--- for Huper 30 - good / bad?
Just looking to get the heat out primarily. The #'s for DREI look better but it seems out of my price range. The local tint shop here in TX is asking for (mid 3 figures) for Huper 30 for my 2001 Audi A4 sedan. The price seems high but I'm told this is the solution to cut down on the heat down here.

yes that is a reasonable price for huper, there are other films out there too with similar #'s that are in the same price range. These types of films are above conventional films for heat rejection and light transmittance. These films can block more heat than a limo film (8%) and let in more light (35-50%).
Thanks guys.
As old as my car is I'm not expecting the car to last much longer considering the cost of repair for these cars. So I'm sort of leery on putting down the $$$ for this film but I'm hoping I'll be able to recoup a tad bit on the air conditioning costs and less sweaty clothes. It's usually about a benjamin more. Good deal, hope they can tint good too. QUOTE (INeedTint @ May 8 2009, 01:47 PM) [*]685335[/*] Just looking to get the heat out primarily. I'd love to get 70% rejection.
