This builder decided it was smart to line up a kitchen window in one home in direct line with a Living room bay in another home... how some people keep jobs is unbelievable..

Here's the solution. They wanted all time privacy with maximum light transmission. Plus fell in love with the leaf pattern. SO, here are the pics... double application. Clear velvet with leaf pattern film.

Since they lived there they had the blinds closed... so at least now they have light...
Fly Paper
Peter and I designed that pattern 2 years ago and it's a big hit. We installed it on one side of a sunroom so they didn't have to look at the trashed yard next door. Now we also print it in full colors and varying opacities. Looks awsome!
Fly Paper
More accuratly, we copied it and printed it! I think it's Designtek or Skyline.

Double application?
Is that two films combined?

Looks good.

Well you do have some kind of issues with your eyes as I heard you say on here with a prescription to tint your windshield. Looks like you have issues with reading to So maybe not a good idea to give advice that will require the use of your eye site .and it was (CLEAR VELVET) do you not have your glasses on?

HENCE, why I said frost(VELVET). Since he wasn't sure if double application meant two layers of film, I assumed he is not experienced in this industry. Again, hence why I said frost(it looks like a frost film, so it makes it easy for him to understand) with velvet in parenthesis(so it was gramatically correct for you nazis on here who pick apart every word I say). Don't you have something better to do than pick apart every single post I make.

And for my prescription, it is for keritakonis, which is a premature over curving of the cornea causing you to have slight near vision and sensitivity to light. It has nothing to do with reading or color blindness, so stop making BS statements about me having the equivalent of a handicap the way you make it sound.

smoking has never been a part of my family. Noone in my family or my immediate family(cousins, etc) smokes. Its looked down upon highly. My dads mom fought lung cancer twice, and had one lung removed from years of smoking. Its just a disgusting habit with no benefits, and I along with many other people will be happy when Michigan passes the no smoking in public places law. Thats why I like going out to windsor because all their bars are smoke free.

TWO LAYERS, YES..

FIRST IS THE LEAF (TOUCHING THE GLASS) SECOND IS THE VELVET. The leaf was what they wanted for aesthetics but they wanted it for 100% privacy so we had to double app. The leaf first because it's smooth on the room side whereas the velvet has a flat look and the leaf likely wouldn't bond to it very good... done a few of the same double apps with leaf but this was the first time because of two windows in direct line...

looks good......

now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
