As - seems - we have to move registred office somewhere - I want to check WHERE.
Can somebody explain me plain and easy HOW MUCH I HAVE TO PAY, for example
for
LIMITED COMPANY, VAT REGISTRED
Turnover Eur 10,000
Profit Eur 2,000

How much I have to pay from that amount
I am interested in UK legislation - and any other EU countries - as in internet information for toooo smart people lol2.gif

Ltd company registration cost me around £120 last time I did it.

VAT Reg is free and only required if turnover greater than £68,000 but voluntary below that. Worthwhile if you have high purchasing costs you want to claim back otherwise more hassle and means you have to charge more.

Thanks, finally I got reply.
So if I correctly understand if turnover less tahn GBP 68,000 yearly no taxes?
But if higher?
How high is profit tax?
P.S. If You will met Peter Nelson - James Bond Museum in Keswick owner - say him hello from Leo from Riga icon_mrgreen.gif

If turnover less than £68,000 No VAT to pay unless voluntary register to reclaim VAT charged on expenses and purchases.
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/vat/start/register/...to-register.htm

BUT as far as i know if a limited company you still pay tax on ALL profits after expenses deducted.
Only self employed and Sole trader has a personal allowance before income tax.

PS Occasionally come across Peter Nelson but not in my circle of friends

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
