How much is an experienced auto tinter worth?
How many years of experience does this tinter have? How many cars will He be doing a day? Whats the work week? Mon-Fri ? Be a little more specific, we'll be glad to help ya out.

There's so many variables, it's almost impossible for an outsider to give advice on other than enough pay to keep them loyal but not so much you go out of business

If paid commision I think 30% is fair
