Full Version: Keep those sprayers clean...
Ive seen a few posts of what peeps do to remove the lanolin deposits on sprayers and tanks, but Im not sure if I have seen this tip. Put the hottest water you can get into whatever sprayer you are using, then pour a generous amount of pure bleach into the bottle or tank...Shake vigorously. Spray some of the content out so that it gets into the spray head to soak the parts inside. Let sit over night. Wash it out, spray water out until it doesnt feel "slick" anymore. Your sprayer is now SUPER clean. I use sprayers that have a clear bottle, sometimes I can see the lanolin falling off the sides of the bottle as soon as I pour the bleach in....
Remember to clean the sprayer out real good to remove any of the bleach residue, we all know how it eats the ahesive!
Funny you posted this, I kept running into contaminated windows,
Only had this sprayer for a few weeks, open it up theres a bunch blank nasty $hit in the piping... Yeah gotta keep that clean, im a knuckle head for not checking it sooner,
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
