UPDATE!!!!!

Hello everyone. I have been a lil busy, but I came back with an update for my little situation I posted in the HR area. I started the process on that guy I used to work for, but haven't gone through with it. Anyways, I decided to move on to better things. I moved to Omaha, and now tinting for a local shop there, lot of dealer, and PPT. The money is good, but I have one problem. The tinter that was there when I made it in was trained by his brother, who happens to be the spot I replaced, because he got fired for being drunk at 2:00, while doing a scotchcal. Which ended up having to be repainted, and the lose of a dealer. Now this guy has only been tinting for 8 months, and he complains the whole day on every car, with this "I don't give a f**K attitude, and it's killing me. I talked to the guy about it but it's pointless. He thinks he's king S**T, but can't hand cut. Everything is cut off the plotter, even PPT. I need to know what to do with this guy. Anything is appreciated.

just go to work everyday and do the best work you can do and don't fuggin' worry about other people. i'm sure he's not worrying about you.

Your first day at a new job, find the biggest, meanest crybaby there and kick his ass. They'll leave you alone after that.

For the OP: Sabotage the plotter so it wont work and then cap on him all day about not being able to freehand cut.

Just do the best you can and look or another job in the mean time.

He is just looking fo a reaction, if he gets no reaction that should take the wind out of his sails.
Hard to get a reaction out of a person who does not give you one.

Show up on time
do good work
don't waste time
keep a clean work shop
treat customers with respect

Do these things and you are sure to keep your job... I know its not going to help you be friends with the guy your working with, but the odds are he won't be there long.
I generally try not to get close to anyone that I work with (in the back that is)... don't show disgruntlement to the customers, but if your in the back... F that guy. I would
love to not be on speaking terms... i'm just that way though. All I care about is job security to keep my house payment up and my wife and kids fed. I could care less if someone liked me
