Using QuickBooks Pro 2009.

WANTED : Any info on using QuickBooks for Tinting businesses.

I use it, but not nearly as well as I probably could/should. I just use it for invoices...

Just installed it. Looks fantastic. Could use some advice as far as entering film as inventory, listing services, setting up accounts, basically the whole nine yards being that I am tinter, not an accountant. Email advice or phone call. Whateva. Mahalo.

I have used quickbooks for years, and for the first few years I was doing it all wrong.
The software is as good as the data inputed.
Do yourself a big favour, find a quickbooks pro to give you a couple of hours tuition and to set up all your opening balances etc.

Order a guide from amazon.com or something. Its a really good program and pretty much an industry standard for many small and medium sized businesses.

I use it and love it. It's able to do things I will never get to try. I'm a window tinter not an accountant. Your accountant should be able to help you set it up
