Hi,

my english is not good. because I write from germany.

I am looking for a program for cutting car. can you give me a few say the programs are not expensive and good?

I would be glad if you can help me

Nice greetings from Germany
Limo Tint Larry
If you have a plotter you can do a trial of both programs for 30 days usually. If you dont, its a little tougher to make a decision based on your own experience.

Welcome aboard. beer.gif

can you tell me what the vendor is still there like comutercut
watchdaride
i think computercut does more european models. Talk to Gary at computercut he been in the business for years and knows his stuff. Just be careful that the plotter you buy is compatible with his program .

patterns on the internet huh? first for me. the way i see it...i think that instead of paying $180 a month or whatever it cost, buy one pattern at a time as you need it, like itunes. $40-50 per? i dont know what a good price would be. damn i already gave you $2,500 for the program and your gonna make me pay for 11,000 patterns ever month when i only use about 20 differnt patterns total? kind of a rip off when you think about it... actually it is a rip off. i think that patterns should be sold, not leased. i buy you program, and i buy whatever patterns i want. instant access download from thier website for a cost. theres no reason i should be paying this amount for patterns of vehicles that arent even sold in this country. but what are you gonna do? i have actually been thinking about getting a software made for me to sell and make patterns and sell them just like i was just talking about....i would make it cost a fraction what it is now and only sell you what you need...but i dont have the money to fund something like that, or the computer skills to maintain something like that. it would be a lil bumpy at first, but it is just a dream. i would really need some help for something like that.

someone please correct me if im wrong... people make the patterns for the cuting programs....do you think ever company has teams of digitizers on hand to create and tweak patterns all days?? or maybe some companys just buy the patters from the other guys and sell them as thier own?

A few years back a guy downloaded ALL THE PATTERNS from a industry leader and repackaged them as his own but I don't think anything ever came of it dunno.gif

I'm based in the UK and have justed opted for TintTek rather than ComputerCut.

a) It's a hell of a lot cheaper than ComputerCut and you are not stuck into buying film from them
b) You can pay monthly now with TintTek, only $100 a month.
c) The coverage of European cars with TintTek is fairly decent and improving all the time. Cars like BMW, Mercedes they have nearly all covered.
thatsnappyguy
did you say $100 a month or 100 ( your currency)
pokeyz
I think it is $150 (US dollars) actually, still very reasonable I think.

Can you tell me where I can look for what the European car have?
pokeyz
Have a look at my website (link in sig). I have listed most of the cars they have on the database their. I've not got round to listing the cars for some makes, so if you need to know if a particular car exists, just let me know.

Kool and good luck with it. Let us know what you think about the patterns. Does it do anything but cut patterns for cars? I made some signs with CC yesterday that made me some fast cast. In the US we are not locked it to buying film from SGard if we use CC dunno.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
