I really need something like this if I am gonna be responsible for someone's car while i have it. Can anyone help?

99% of the jobs you do, you don't need a "contract" for. its the 1% that'll getcha, and thats why you carry insurance. I have $2mil of liability, and it costs me less than the cost of three full cars a year, and its well worth it.

The only time you really need them to sign anything is if they are going to be leaving it overnight. You need a professionally drafted waiver of liability to cover yourself. But even still, thats what you have insurance for.
