To tint or hire somebody to tint

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but i got quote for my mustang 04 conv, my tint on 2 doors has been scratched and need to be replaced i got quote for 100.00 is this fair? this is just regular tint

Also i have 2 rooms in my house that needs to be tinted window sizes are as follows (got this from my blinds measurement so might be bigger than the actual )

72 x 62 1 window


35 x 69 3 windows

Also can car tint be use for residential tinting? is this a way to save money?

You might save money on the film, but if auto film is applied to residential glass, its possible the windows will crack, in which case you'll have to buy new windows.

Use the correct film for the type of glass you want tinted and things will work out much better.
