Got a battery powered sprayer and love it !
No having to pump it up, is great, just use rechargable batteries, only takes a few moments to swap out when they go weak.

I saw one of these at a tool trade show that I attended. It looked to be cool, but I want to say the cost was like $10.00 and it did not look terribly durable. I passed on bringing it to the industry because I worried that it would not hold up with a typical tinter's usage. I always look for items that work and a durable. This industry is rough on tools! icon_mrgreen.gif

I have been using them for about 5 or 6 years now. Once you get used to having 2 gal at your disposal and dont need to fill bottles every 5 mins, its hard to even look at a trigger bottle. One problem is that I have had the pumps freak out alot. Got 4 or 5 that are now NFG. You can replace the pumps with basic tools, The otker bummer is when it breaks on the job and you dont have a back up,you end up flying to h depo for a trigger before the film gets ruined!

I havent pumped a tank by hand in 7 years, and never bought batteries. Cornilieus tank. Holds 5gal and up to 125psi. Easily do 800sq ft with one tank. I carry two tanks on large jobs and a small compressor.

Hmm, maybe its the sprayer I use? dunno.gif I use the 3gal black plastic sprayers. IMO it actually uses less water b/c it has a "fan" spray, so I can cover large windows with water in a 2-3 motions. Ive used PS adhesive films and I cant do as much b/c it requires more water.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
