Black out
Custom Search
Full Version: Black out
what is a good solution for an office that wants to black out the procedure room but have dual pane windows?
any sun exposure?
defenite and Arizona sun to make it worst
Silver opaque , White out, Bronz Matt
thats what i was thinking but they want to block the sun out completely
Sherwin-Williams?
thats a good one
Build a frame inside the existing window...put single pane glass in it....apply black vinyl or black opaque....
An opaque white film would work, or an opaque black film on the inside and a high TSER/reflective outside weatherable film on the outside is also safe.
We did a store front about a month ago, they built a wall 3 inches away from the glass inside the space and wanted us to film it so they would not see the steel studs. HMMMM. Im thin but not that thin. We ended up using duranodic vinyl on the exterior to match the allm frames. It was on I.G. and looks real nice
Maybe you can do blackout or black vinyl on the outside (exterior mount) ??
Will not last too incredibly long.. but will keep the heat on the outside pane.....
will that work?
i know its not the best idea but if it works screw it ill do it
you can install "white out" they do sell films like that.
Install a white block out it is a vinyl that is white on the adhesive side and matte black on the other side.
frost-i use to use it all the time.
thanks for the input
