I am about to have a Toyota Sienna 2008 tinted, looking for ideas and input on the percentage of tint I should use since the van comes with some factory tinted solar privacy glass.

I plan on using johnson hp film, is that a good product with reasonable results?

for the front driver and passenger windows?

is 45% good enough for the rear sides and back window?

It really depends on what you want. The 'privacy' glass on the Sienna probably looks lighter to you because all of those vans have light colored interiors and the factory tint is somewhere between 20% (medium) and 35% (medium-light). When I tint those, I usually advise 35% over the factory tint, but you may want darker on the back 5 windows. Also, check with the tinting professional about front roll up legality in your state. Finally, Johnson is a reputable film. It should work for you just fine.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
