Use leftover scrap film as "sample" film.
Customer wonders what the appearance of their car will be with a certain film. Take a moment and slap a piece of scrap film on a window. scotty....I am sure the rest of us would disagree with you on the film looking "darker"! I find that a small piece of film looks lighter when it is out in the open. Physics would tend to dictate that fact as well with more light coming in all around from the other windows and all.....
