Save The Leftover Film

Use leftover scrap film as "sample" film.
Customer wonders what the appearance of their car will be with a certain film.
Take a moment and slap a piece of scrap film on a window.
Now, they know exactly how the car will look with the selected film.

So from one piece of scrap on their window, they will know "exactly" how their car will look? spit.gif grinning_and_saying_no.gif

lol2.gif I've always found that makes it worse, because just one little piece with light all around it makes it look a lot darker. Even a little 50% piece will look like 20 or 35

i didn't think it was that confusing dunno.gif

whenever i put the little piece on the window to show the customer, having all the untinted glass around it makes it look a lot darker than it really is

scotty....I am sure the rest of us would disagree with you on the film looking "darker"! I find that a small piece of film looks lighter when it is out in the open. Physics would tend to dictate that fact as well with more light coming in all around from the other windows and all.....

+1

scotty: I believe that you would need to put double layer of the same film if you are just showing off how it would look when the car is tinted (with that same film but just one layer of course).

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
