There's a couple shops up this way (Toronto area) who market one of 3M's films as polarized... No idea why they try to, or what they tell people exactly, I've just been asked about it and heard a lot of guys talking about it on car forum's from around here (there was a big thread on a group buy of it on a BMW forum awhile back). One company (can't remember who) even had it listed as being 'polarized' on their website dunno.gif Just idiots using a common term to sell people on stuff as far as I know here. I'm pretty sure it was Crystaline they were talking about and claimed it was polarized in this case...

Polarized You mean You can see from one angle - and can't see from other?
Ask MADICO about LUMISTY, if I understand You correctly.

Yes, for instance, in sunglasses there is a laminated surface that contains vertical stripes. They only allow vertically polarized light to enter. Glare is eliminated because the horizontally-polarized lightwaves cannot bypass the polarize filter.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
