ACT 175 (Effective August 15, 2009) revises and strengthens the current vehicle window tint laws, which currently exempts those with certain medical conditions from being required to have legal window tint on their vehicles. Under the new law, applicants for the exemption will need to have their physician provide a sworn affidavit to law enforcement outlining the specific medical condition and their necessity for darker than legal window tint. Only certain medical conditions designated by the World Health Organization will be recognized as valid reasons for exemption.

nothing new really. just too many people out there BS doctors notes. the only way it would hold up in court is if it has been through a doctor and the state as well. basically they are just re-enforcing it .

So we no longer make our own laws, even on a state level, it's a governing "world" body. That isn't what this country is about.

I think the world health org. could care less about film, they deal with legit health issues, which is why their guidelines are chosen. But I think thats good because Joe schmoe with a doctor buddy can't get a legit medical exemption to drive around with some gangsta papas

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
