Can you beleive this???

Ok this didnt happen to me but it did happen to one of our customers......

She called around for a quote on a 2009 Chevy Malibu....She stated she wanted to make the appointment for Saturday.... She called a shade tree tinter.... The tinter was all booked up...So she called us and we gave her a quote and let her know that Saturday is first come first served and stated if that was ok to be here around 7:45am..She agrees and is happy at that arrangment.... Well during the week the shade tree tinter calls her between 8pm and 9pm to see if she would like to get her vehicle tinted...they also ask if she would like them to pick up her car...She states no and hangs up the phone......This happens for a few days and she doesnt like it.....Then today, when she came and got her vehicle tinted by us...Drops it off..We tint it Platnum Plus....I call her and let her know it was ready..She sounded happy....But when she got here she advised us that the shade tree tinters girlfiend called to see if she would still like to have her car tinted and started going on about how many kids she has and she really needs the money to buy them school cloths....Well the customer was not happy about this and let us know about the situation.....She even told us that she had to add the shade tree tinters number to her reject list so that way they wouldnt bother her anymore.......

She loved the tint job that we did and loved how professional we were......



I cant beleive this even happened......Thats not very professional what the shade tree tinter did...

I agree.....but they never should have gone that far......

so whats with all the trash in Florida? it seems like there are some nuts around that state. All these moms killing there kids to teachers bangin there stundents? Why is this.....do they just wash up on shore or what

i believe it was on "love line " when corolla was still on , they would read some crazy story and people would have to guess if it happend in germany or florida ...

I would have said, make sure you take advantage of the tax free weekend then! and hung up!

according to how pleased she was with the job and how professional we were....i think she is going to....she even took extra business cards to give out.....

If I ever received a call back like that, I would definately never do business with them. It shows that they have no ethics nor class. It also says to me that, if they have to beg for business, that no one is using them and leave me to ask why?

how about getting stood up on a tint job with the customer and calling customer last saturday to see if he was coming and getting hung up on when he answered the phone. then later saturday calling me and hanging up when i anwsered the phone freds tinting . top it off he's calling me back today asking me to to his kia 4 door --.00 when i told him --.00 to do 4 doors ion his kia is what i was suppose to do on saturday cause a shop down the road from him can do a whole car for --.00 he says he doesnt want to go to the shop that does --.00 cause what he seen and heard about the shop. but keeps comparing me to them.

No respectable business would ever subject a potential customer to that. Wow, so they lost out. Big deal. And what the hell is this -- - -- dollar crap about. I charge more than that for roll-ups... People, don't pimp yourselves out. This is a skilled craft which should be protected

Fred, I've edited your prices out as per board rules. There are many reasons we don't post prices but all I can say is DAMN.

Tack another 0 on those prices that you fix and you might be in the ball park.

You can eat soup with a fork all day long and you can try to lowball Earl Shieb, but we are talking a skilled trade here. This isn't mowing lawns on a Saturday and charging 5 dollars over film costs on a tint job isn't doing anyone a favor.
