Full Version: Window Sample Cards

Cuttingedge
If your not utilizing window sample cards/pages during your sell of FG, you're losing out. I have noticed that since I started using them about a year and a half ago, Quote acceptance has quadrupled. No more tint sample books or hand cut samples. People want to see a sample window page with all the facts/specs along side the sample. Looks pretty too... Everyone using these or still doing the hand cut samples and/or sample books?

I use nothing else.

Been using them since day 1.

That and I'll tint a pane if they still aren't sure and wanna see what it looks like installed.

i take out the biggest piece of scrap i got and use that for tint. normally 24" is the biggest scrap i got

I've used scraps b4 too.......... only problem is if they dont cover the entire glass.. then you have part that is tinted, part isn't and can make the difference appear greater then it really is.

I'm always amazed when I do an est. where they had another company come out... and all they left was a quote. No film samples.. not details as to what film would be used.... just lite med. dark. like - wtf?

I have terrible luck without them, sometimes I leave them with customers and run out of samples. The book of samples is really tough to use bc you spend all that time fumbling with it.

Id love to have some meters to show exactly what the film can do. I might do that soon.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
