Vinyl Cutting Software

I use WINPCSign which I got with my plotter.
I was just wondering if there was any free software for vinyl cutting out there on the internet.
If so can you post up the links.

If you plan on making money with the program, invest a bit in a good cutting/design program, IMO. Don't mickey mouse it...gotta spend money to make money.

free cutting, I don't think so. Free design, YES. Check out Inkscape.org for an Open Source drawing program.

Sorry to confuse people.
I am after some software to help me turn images into cuttable images.
I am a complete novice. And am only doing vinyl cutting as a pastime so don't want to spend anymore money on software.

download the newest package, install, open the program, load an image file, use the trace bitmap application, and then clean it up....

If you have a hard to trace image there are a lot of people that will convert images for not a lot of money. The "vector doctor" is very popular on signs101.com and is said to be very fast and reasonably priced.
