Full Version: Yellow turbo squeegee
I am planning to pick up a yellow turbo squeegee but would like to know how soft it is. Is it mainly used to clean the window or to extract water out after film application? or is it made for both? thanks

I guess that it could be used for cleaning, but the softer black turbo is better for that.
i saw someone in a shop used a yellow turbo squeegee to clean the window and also to extract the water out. Also this professional tinter from sunstopper use the yellow turbo squeegee to clean the window. Do you guys know if this is common to use the yellow turbo for cleaning?

For final cleaning, It is just ok not great, it pushes water out well. I use a small unger channel to final clean when I am not sure about using the yellow. Actually I dont even cary a black in my belt because I try to keep what I lug around to a minimum. For the 6 bucks the yellow is gonna cost you just try it and if you dont like it toss it and move on QUOTE (TomTint @ Sep 13 2009, 05:00 PM) [*]716073[/*] QUOTE (dgmt321 @ Sep 13 2009, 06:46 PM) [*]716072[/*] i saw someone in a shop used a yellow turbo squeegee to clean the window and also to extract the water out. I use the yellow for cleaning and a quick first squeege. Then I follow with my blue max.
there are different yellow turbo's at that. I have one that's bright yellow and more flexible than my other that is a dull yellow and a little stiffer. I did cut the latter off of a large channel tho. It still works the same
