I've got one of theses babies on my schedule. I'd like to know the ups/downs. Help anyone?

i had a situation with the headrest here. http://www.tintdude.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=54210

but we figured out there is a tiny clip on the bottom of the post...very difficult to get the headrest out...but after that, the car is cake.

No problems with water seaping into anything? I've done hundreds of MBZ's and never had a problem, but I know there can be with Audi's and Beemer's.
