My wife has one. I did not take the spoiler off, what I did not get on the outside, I shrunk on the inside

shrink as much as you can on the outside and if needed shrink a bit on the inside - no need to remove the inside trim or outside spoiler

FYI If I ever needed to shrink a roll up or a back hatch, I usually did it on the inside. I found it alot faster and easier.

i originally thought the same thing, and did it that way for a few years. but recently i've started doing a quick wet shrink on the outside, just squeegeeing most of the film down and shrinking it out. I've found I never fight with one little finger that pops up on the inside anymore, it lays down better. Yeah I used to shrink out 2-3 fingers on the inside, but then I would fight for 5 minutes with a finger that didn't want to lay down.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
