Hey guys ,
I have to quote an office building in the city tomorrow (sydney CBD) but in most cases businesses do not own the office buildings they rent them, my old mans telling me i would need written approval from building owner or im liable for lawsuits or some bull---- but he thinks the worst of any situation and panics.
so my question is a business gets me in to quote then potentially tint the windows, is it fine to just go ahead with it or do i need to be more cautious, also if there was say thermal stress and it cracked a window or several would building owner be able to sue me obviously im liable for replacement cost.
i never really thought this would be important but then again i dont want to mess with people who own large buildings in the city they have the money to destroy my life legally if they wish.

on another note , is there a common type of glass for city office buldings that i should be careful of ? laminated or dual pane ?
