Just wanted to see if anyone had any special techniques when trimming/cutting out this on flat glass?
I did a job this morning with some 12 mil took a hard card to put some what of a crease in it, then scored it with the back of the olfa, then with a one click out was able to cut against the medal frame. I had to cut notches and pieces out of the excess to manipulate it enough to cut the corners out. its suncontrols 12 mill series, defiantly some rigid stuff. Thickest ive used since I started doing security film.

We have done quite a bit of security film and if anything is thicker than 7 mill we use a filmhandler, get 2 or even 3 good edges and only cut the bottom edge. There are lots of posts here about your problem, If you search for them you will find plenty of tips.

Yea, I was just in a meeting with judd from valuetint and he said the same thing in regards to the film handler. Ill be sure to pick it up before I do the next job i have in a week with the remainder of the roll.
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
