Refine MH1351 Vinyl Cutter Plotter

Custom Search

mates
hey guys looking at plotters just looking at entry level for time being maybe for some tint art / stickers and toy with the idea of cutting film patterns.

heres a link to an ebay Ad - http://cgi.ebay.com.au/NEW-PROFESSIONAL-RE...id=p3286.c0.m14

I know they are a cheap plotter but really like some feedback , i read up on t shirt forums about them being alright obviously not the best but with the correct pressure set they work well.

also with the programs from film mannies that you use to cut the film patterns can you purchase the program licence or do you need to buy the plotter from them as well ?

_____________

heres some specs from the ebay ad about this plotter

better to by a used brand name printer if you dont want to buy a new one . Have you tried craigslist?
mates
yeh brand name would be best but from what i gather one that can take 24" roll is still 3 grand 2nd hand so one that can take 50" rough roll would cost over 5 k id assume which blows my budget.

we don't have a craigslist in australia , we have a website similar but it does not get that much traffic so no chance ebays the real big fish as far as selling goes in aus.

might just have to hold back for a while till the business has heaps of spare coin then i can buy a good one.

you can get a brand new 24 Graphtec for approx $1500 us, so a used has to cheaper. I tried an Ebay cheapey and didn't have very good luck.

bingo.gif a new graphtec 50 is around 5k, so you should be able to pick up a used one for about 2-2.5k

I have never used the MH brand or cutters but the company USCutter sells this on ebay as well as the Creation brand. I always tell people to lean more to the Creation cutters if your going the cheap route. Their know for decent quality for how cheap they are. The bids end up be the same price for both brands too. I hope this helps.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
