need an experienced answer with Huper films..

We have a 6 story condo that 4 of the 6 tenants want film. South facing. Problem is, unless all agree which they may still do, we need non noticeable film.

Going to offer SECH and C60. Would you have any other suggestions.. Also, do you think C50 would be too dark and noticeable. They are good size windows. Each unit has 220 SF of south windows.

Thanx in advance,
gimpy
Those are good choices. Neither makes much difference from the outside. Also check out Sun Tek UltraVision 50 or 70.

Go with Sech if heat rejection is the issue. If not, then go with C-60 because the price is better. They won't be able to pick either of those films out unless there are white draperies or blinds. C-50 is a little easier to see unless there is decent backlighting during the day when the sun is not on the glass.

FWIW- I would strongly recommend not using Ultravision twocents.gif

Had a wonderful meeting last night with owners from each unit..

They all agreed on C60. And yes, price was the influence. Competed and won against panorama based on quality of film.. These people did their research before the meeting.. beer.gif

V says it supposedly loses 10% of it's performance in the accelerated weathering test...I still like it though, haven't had any issues as of yet

I said up to 10% of vlt and even more of the performance... my opinion based on some accelerated test results that were shared with me. twocents.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
