Alright to tint?

Its one of those windows that comes frosted. It measures 1x6 and has texture on the outside, but is flat on the inside. Its similar tos small glass windows in a bathroom. Is it alright or even worth tinting this?

dont tinted on the bumpy side

bathroom? what is it? what type of film?

Its a section right next to the front door. I'll be applying sungard bronze 20%.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
