Are all SunScape films dyed? Any one ever see one fade or change color?? If not, which ones are??
Believe it or not this is not an easy item to find out, so I'm asking the experts in the field...
Thanx in advance.

Did you ever find any info... I'm also a sunscape user. From what I understand The sl & dg films are dyed (hybrid) films w/ weatherable pet.
I'd be a little concerned.... 2 guys asking for the construction of films they sell...... In previous post by each all that's stated is how wonderful the film is? Reach out to the manufacturer...
We use Sun Scape on some comm jobs up here. I dont know the method of construction but overall it does not seem to be any better than your garden variety neutral films. It is however available in 72 w. One of the few MDCO resi / com neutral films that wide.
I found out that although dyed, very stable and very little dye. No need to worry and fully warrantied. They will not share their method of manufacture.
I'm very satisfied with the conversation I had.. QUOTE (TomTint @ Nov 4 2009, 09:12 PM) [*]727163[/*] We use Sun Scape on some comm jobs up here. Besides the DG line there is little option for non reflective film in that width. That is what "a few" is to me
Other than HUPER, who else is 100% DYE FREE (other than Huper ESC series which does contain small amount of dye)
