I get asked this endlessly by dealers. My answer is SHOP YOUR COMPETITION study your market. Dang it is kinda fun to use capslock.
We could offer advice, but what if we are wrong. Few of us are operating in that market so we can guess, but do you want to follow the advice of a bunch of smart azzes on a forum when it comes to closing the deal.

I am not joking, we DO NOT DISCUSS monetary things here. No per square footage pricing, nor employee/contractor pay. Ckeck out your local market, call some of the installers. There is such a disparity in pricing by location (area of the country or world.

Hey....as was said before, we don't discuss bulk film pricing or auto and flat glass install rates here. There's a reason for that. We don't want John Q. Public coming on here and having a base to negotiate from. That's not that hard to understand now is it?

Then an average customer comes on here and sees my rate. They will expect to pay the same from you, therebym devaluating YOUR product. But, since you wanna beyatch about all us "clowns", heres the rate.......half abuck per sq ft, hows that...go out and work for nothing. Get the picture????or another thought.....discuss your price here and the guy down the street knows all of your business. You should be old enough to answer that question without asking for financial advice on the internet.

This reminds me of a guy that came to the dealership claiming the transmission was making a noise on his brand new work van... when nobody listened to him he freaked out and lit his own van on fire in front of the lot and got locked up.

If your able to find a job in this environment then I'd say $.75- $1.00 per square.

now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
