Full Version: So what happened to Dartz films then?
Further to the questions on another thread, what happened to Dartz films in the UK then? Neil @ ShadeAce in Portsmouth seems to have vanished, so no agent in the UK. Leo if its such a good product why do you not have anyone in the UK to take it on for you? Or have you found the market in the UK not interested in your film?
or who out there has used them? what are they like?
QUOTE (tint325i @ Oct 28 2009, 09:30 PM) [*]725799[/*] or who out there has used them? what are they like? OK when ShadeAce was using them i took my gilfriends VW R32 there to be tinted, and stood there whilst it was done. I was checking out the quality of the work and the film. The work was good BUT the film was poor, optically poor very, distorted i thought it was pretty crap film to be honest QUOTE (shadowline @ Oct 28 2009, 02:48 PM) [*]725804[/*] QUOTE (tint325i @ Oct 28 2009, 09:30 PM) [*]725799[/*] or who out there has used them? what are they like? Ive found his film ok....
Was cheap, and the fader stuff used to fly out.. Wouldnt mind ago at some of his flat glass stuff... and still waiting for samples.... But hes so busy drinking vodka, and poppin caps in the russians ass, whilst rolling in his whale pen!s whip!!!!!
Why is there no North American distibutor? I would love to give the stuff a test drive.....Leo?

Shipment is expensive - and prices on the market fall down. So - we don't see, there are too many competitors. Now we are changing our policy and may be later, like COOL BRANDED and EXPENSIVE STUFF. The work was good BUT the film was poor, optically poor very, distorted i thought it was pretty crap film to be honest I did a r&r on a corsa that was originally done by shade ace and the film just peeled off without leaving any glue behind whatsoever, I found it quite odd but also good as it made my job a lot easier
I bought 4 rolls of Dartz about 3 years ago???? I got it from Billy,
Billy is sound guy As is Leo, BUT i found the film is just a dyed glue maybe? you can scratch the dye from the actuall film, Shrink isn't very good to say the least, Just a single ply also, which i asked for 2 ply and still got sent single!!!!!! When you work out cost per car difference it didnt make sense to use it, i still have all the rolls to this day, maybe done 6 cars?? from 4 60 inch rolls Not sure if it has bad fading issues also??? And In scotland that should defo not be an issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For those who remember and have interest to our products.
N1. If I am not wrong - it seems so - like BRAND we became N1 in comparative with other window film brands. I mean for FINAL customers, not for professionals. People next door more know DARTZ, than any other. IMHO. N2. We start X-Mas SALE for EU as we decide to clean our stock TOTALLY - for new products, because N3. For those who interested: dartZfilmZ@gmail.com or my around the clock cellular: +37126522232 N3. We start run franchisee and our first franchisee shop will be opened in Cannes, December, 1. Our franchisee concept is here. Sorry for my strange English - I write as is Visit My Website We are still on the same: BRAND POWER FOR YOUR FINAL CUSTOMER. And that's our direction. Best regards, Leo(nard)
