Not sure if the 300 is different over there, but I have found most here have the brake light very close to the glass, so I remove most of them. The instructions are here in the makes and models section on how to do it.
i did a 2009 and it had no thrid brake light, so there was no need for me to remove the rear deck

Use a putty knife and push down from the top of the bolsters on the big clips, they take a lot of force, you won't break it. Then pull those out, and slide the rear deck forward over the top of the back seats, tint, and reverse install.
Do a search, I made some notes along with pics if it's the older style
