it's an olfa circle cutter, maybe use it for cutting circles out for pop out windows and stuff.
would result in a clean cut, but i wouldn't use it

Looks too complicated for my limited brain capasity.
use a circle template instead. WHy fixx it if it aint broke ?

Ya I use the triangle template with the cirles in it to.
