See through window vinyl?

Does anyone know where I can get something done to my hatch glass like they do on advertising cars? You know, like autowraps.com

it's not "see-thru" vinyl. it's got thousands of tiny holes in it. when it's wet, you can't see @#$%.

i have no idea where you can get it, but i do know it won't be cheap.
