should it take 5 hours to tint this car
depends on the abilities of the installer
well i have one under my belt it took too long. nice curves !
What car are you referring to? You have posted under the Acura forum but there are quite a few Acura models. Most cars should be done in around 2 - 3 hours for the complete job but it really depends upon the skill of the tinter and his work environment. Speed has nothing to do with a good quality install!

3 years expirence and it took 5 hours for the install. Even with taking your time and doing a perfect job that just sounds like a long time to me.
