dunno.gif TTc we've used it for a few years without major issues. What don't you like about it? if the upgrade cause problems I'll stay with my older version.

Check with OT, he was using clay tablets and a stick I think, but his computer knowledge has been awsome lately and he may have upgraded spit.gif

I have Quickbooks, but I do not have a POS software program! I want to be able to start tracking sales, inventory, and everything better! I do everything pretty much after the fact right now! (Stuck in the dark ages here Flaugh.gif) You know the HARD way! I know there is a lot of new point of sale software programs, I have even heard of some geared towards automotive industries.

any who thanks,

my bad i thought Piece of shiot too sweat.gif

TTC i use quick books and i'm happy with the invoice and profit/loss statements and such, but i'd like to find another program to use for inventory. when you are tracking something that could easily be messed up (like tint or vinyl supplies) i think its better not to use something that will throw off your $ reports when inventory is a little off.

thats just my .02. i'm sure there are many people who use it with no problem

I would love to have the customer do a lot of the data entry on a touch screen or something. Anybody know about that?
mushroomhead
i use quickbooks pro with no problems for the tint shop and my plumbing co.
Soultinter
yeah, quickbooks pro can easily do ALL that.

We just switched to QB Pro 2004 and I LOVE it! It keeps track of everything that you would want in the tint business. It's easy to use. I had used Peachtree One Write Plus for about 5 years. I like this QB Pro much better. I would recommend it to anyone. Sunray Tint, Ft. Worth TX

We use pro 2004 as well, works well, if you use it properly. I havne't set up ours as yet to print invoices, we do it old fashioned too, but its all there and woudn't be too hard to do it right.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
