I just got a great deal on a '92 SC-300 but there is no tint at all. I live in Austin Texas and summer is coming, if I don't get this thing tinted I am going to burn to a crisp driving around with untinted windows. In case it matters, the color of the car is "midnight blue pearl".

I would like some recommendations on:
- What is the best tint to get for this make/model (emphasis on heat-reduction and quality of film).
- What is a good balance between state compliance (as dark as possible) and safety?
- Who to take it to in Austin (do you know someone good).
