How Do I Get More Biz In The Winter

Can anyone suggest some aid to keeping a steady flow in the winter time. All I do is Auto Film I am wondering if Flat Glass would be something to get me through the slow times.

THe suns angle is much lower and creates some glare problems .

yes sl*t I do see that trend after the holidays when the thoughts turn back to the home verses the holiday season and I have found a bit of a market in wooded communities too because they don't have the leaves shading them thumb.gif

Iwas just commenting on OT's dry sense of humor

Metint is right on the mark too, if one relies solely on the customers calling in you may not starve but there is more out there if you persue it. All depends on what want out of this business AND what your willing to do to get it.

Have you considered car accessories like stereo or what not installation? Seems like all the reputable tint shops down here offer ricer accessory installations.

the owners here just opend a couple months ago and we are dead.
i can lay down excusses like lot of rain or mild summer ect. but its not the truth.
we have done mailers to homes we will be in 3 different yellow pages and do promos with chamber of comerce ect. quite frankly im wall.gif and not sure what else to do. would it be to much to ask how we can get this off the ground so that flat glass can start to pay for itself? please dont spank.gif to hard im sensitive there gasp.gif

beer.gif Try hitting the dealers also the used car places, sometimes the used car dealers are more willing to tint to get someone interested cuz it's Not a new car

lets put it this way
this month alone i have done 1g is sales for flat glass. its august for gods sake.
the auto side is holding its own right now and supporting flat glass i.e. me.
we have the reagency converions account so if you see one tinted we prob did it thumb.gif
guess if every one knew how to get a buisness off the ground we would all be millionairs right? just need some marketing advice. thanks for you comments so far beer.gif
