What can be worse than tinting on a building site with some other tradey guys pouring out head bagging, techno, weirdo, crapper rapper music from outer space right beside you at warp 10 decibels.

You can't do anything about it because it's not your radio equipment nor change the channel to something more sedate.

Can you unplug the radio or if it doesn't have a plug, can you pop a battery out maybe when these other people take their brake(s)?

About like geting into a car to pull into the bay, when you start it up their boom box just about bounces you back out of the car

I did sneak a slight volume fiddle at one stage following it up with a directional point shift. The punk stuff was out of this world.
And it was weirder than JJJ Dodgyone.
