Bottom Corners

Cut the bottom corners of the tint as shown, rounding the corner a few inches, then turing the cut back toward the side of the film. This will give you something to pull on while allowing the bottom corners to lay flat during heat forming, preventing any fingers developing to the side. If the trunk or spoiler is in the way, wet the trunk where the film is, lay the film on the trunk and push down on the tint as you pull away from the glass.
