This technique is obviously not for beginners. You can see here where a little too much heat has been applied and the film hasn't shrunk evenly. The film wasn't ruined, but it took longer to finish in this area. The trick is to be as even and consistent as possible. Watch for overshrink! If this had been a metalized film there may have been ghosting in the finished product. This shrink technique is better suited to non metalized window film.
