Pulling the Film

Try to hold the film at a 20 or 30 degree angle from the glass. Where you hold the film matters as well. You can see here how holding the film near the center draws in any excess from the sides and creates a nice arc where the film meets the glass. Try to work that arc evenly so you don't have to change positions often. If a spoiler is in the way, you can wet the spoiler and lay the film onto it, then press down and away from the glass onto the film to make it lift away and stay tight.
