Door Panel Covers

Door Panel Covers:

In my shop we do alot of high end cars (BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Etc.) Because these cars and others have leather or suede on the door panels I like to cover it so my solution doesnt damage the door panel. I just take a trash back and cut off the sides so I have 2 pieces. Then line the top of the bag with tape and put that on the door panel. Typically I will stick it to the rubber or plastic wiper molding. Since I have been doing this I have been very successful in keeping the door panels in the same condition that they came in with. No water marks, no drip stains, no lifting fabric. Plus with the tape that I use I can take off the DP guard, hang it up, let the tape dry and reuse it a few times before retaping it.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
