This week's tip:

I got a flavor injector for a turkey deep fryer. Cost me 4 bucks. I cut the tip off so the glue goes out a little thicker, it Leaves a perfect line of glue that can be applied upside down and in an even stream. no mess at all.

I have never used a bottle. I always use glue thats on a stick.
elmers makes a glue stick and well you just rub the glue stick on the dots. you can adjust how much glue you need by how much you apply. This is a very good way not to make a mess. just makes sence to me. it drys just as clear.

Years ago when the glue idea hit the scene I asked at the plant why HPR couldn't be put in a syringe device and used in the same manner as the glue's everyone seems to use now.

A testiment to the fact that ideas are not so novel after all... someone else thinks of them, too.

And before it gets asked... HPR in liquid form before going on the poly and dried can be serious from an inhaling point of view, so the idea died that day.

I should add that I use the clear glue and not elmers. I filled it with elmers so it was visible on the site

nautiboi.... I've used the stick glue, but if the matrix is just a little wet it doesn't seem to apply very well. I really like the way this thing works.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
